Premium Blends Craftsman Series Episode 2 - Brandon Fender

Our Craftsman Series continues! In this episode we spoke with Brandon Fender of the Good Beer Co. located in Santa Ana, CA.

The Tasting Room is bound by brick walls and exposed wood ceilings that date back to the 1880's. In 2014, The Good Beer Company moved into the first floor, adding a 15-barrel copper-clad brewhouse, and four stainless steel fermenters. As soon as you walk into the brewery the aroma of hops, fruits and the oak/wine barrels fill the air.

When we asked Brandon to tell us a story of what tradition meant to him, he had this great story about his Grandpa's Apricot tree. Our focus for this series is to emphasize each persons craft and dedication to continue the tradition of their trade. Whether it's tattooing, barbering and/or brewing, it still involves the use of your hands.
