Suavecito x Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 4 Double XP Offer

Terms and Conditions

PURCHASE REQUIRED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Offer Period

The Suavecito x Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 4 Double XP Offer (the “Offer”) begins on September 1, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on December 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Offer Period”).

Qualifying purchases must be completed, and all claims and Double XP codes must be redeemed, during the Offer Period. Codes not redeemed by the end of the Offer Period will expire and will not be replaced.

2. Eligibility

The Offer is available only to legal residents of the United States, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, Paraguay, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, and United Kingdom who are at least 18 years old/the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of participation.

Participants must have a valid Activision account in good standing, internet access, and access to a compatible version of Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 4 on a supported platform. The game, platform account, and internet access may be sold separately and are subject to their respective terms.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Suavecito Pomade, Activision Publishing, Inc., their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and Offer administrators—and members of their immediate families or households—are not eligible, except where permitted by applicable law.

3. Qualifying Products

To participate, an eligible customer must purchase one or more specially marked or otherwise designated Suavecito x Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 4 edition pomades or texture powders identified in official Offer materials (each, an “Eligible Product”).

Only the specific products, sizes, and varieties identified as eligible by Suavecito qualify. Regular Suavecito products, products from other collaborations, samples, testers, counterfeit products, and products purchased for resale do not qualify.

Each qualifying unit purchased may qualify for one Double XP code, subject to verification, availability, and the three-redemption limit stated below.

4. Participating Sellers

Eligible Products must be purchased during the Offer Period from one of the following authorized sources:

A participating retail store or participating retailer website;
Directly from suavecito.com;
The official Suavecito Store on Amazon.com, provided the product is sold by Suavecito or another seller expressly designated as participating in the Offer; or
A participating barbershop.

Purchases from unauthorized resellers, auction websites, liquidation sellers, nonparticipating marketplace sellers, private individuals, or other sources not expressly identified above are not eligible.

The appearance of an Eligible Product at a seller does not necessarily mean that the seller is participating. Customers should confirm participation before purchasing.

5. Proof of Purchase

Valid proof of purchase is required for every claim.

For purchases from participating retailers, suavecito.com, or the official Suavecito Store on Amazon.com, valid proof of purchase must be a legible, unaltered receipt, invoice, or order confirmation showing:

The seller’s name;
The purchase date;
The Eligible Product purchased;
The quantity purchased; and
The applicable order or transaction number.

For purchases from a participating barbershop, the barbershop must issue an official Suavecito-supplied Proof of Purchase Coupon at the time of purchase. Only an original and properly completed coupon issued by a participating barbershop will be accepted as proof of purchase. Photocopied, duplicated, altered, previously submitted, or unofficial coupons are invalid.

Suavecito may request the original receipt, coupon, product packaging, order confirmation, or other information reasonably necessary to verify a claim. Participants should retain their original proof of purchase until their claim has been approved and the corresponding code has been successfully redeemed.

6. How to Claim a Code

During the Offer Period:

Purchase an Eligible Product from a participating seller.
Visit suavecito.com/redeem.
Follow the instructions to submit the requested information and upload valid proof of purchase.
After the claim is reviewed and approved, the participant will receive a Double XP redemption code by email from redemption@suavecito.com.
Redeem the code through https://profile.callofduty.com/promotions/redeemCode no later than December 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time.

Submission of proof of purchase does not guarantee approval. Claims that are incomplete, illegible, altered, late, duplicated, inconsistent with these Terms, or otherwise unverifiable may be rejected.

Participants are responsible for providing a correct email address and maintaining access to that account. Normal internet and data charges may apply.

7. Redemption Limit

There is a limit of three total approved claims, three Double XP codes, and three code redemptions per customer and per Activision account during the entire Offer Period.

The limit applies regardless of the number of Eligible Products purchased, orders placed, receipts or coupons submitted, email addresses used, or participating sellers visited. Attempts to exceed the limit through multiple identities, accounts, addresses, altered documents, duplicate submissions, or other methods may result in rejection of all associated claims.

Limit 1 HR OF 2XP token redemptions per day, 40 HRS total. Applies to all 2XP Call of Duty redemptions, regardless of game, not limited to this promotion.

8. Double XP Reward

Each approved claim provides one double xp token for use in Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 4, subject to the redemption limit.

Double XP applies only to the experience category, game modes, platforms, and periods specified within the applicable game. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Double XP does not include Double Weapon XP, Double Battle Pass XP, or any other benefit.

Activation, duration, eligible game modes, stacking restrictions, and other uses of Double XP are governed by the applicable game and Activision account terms. Activision may require participants to select or link a supported gaming-platform account before redemption.

Codes:

Must be redeemed by the end of the Offer Period;
May be used only once;
Have no cash value;
Cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or another product;
May not be sold, auctioned, duplicated, transferred, or commercially distributed; and
Will not be replaced if lost, stolen, deleted, shared, used without permission, or redeemed through an incorrect account, except where required by law.

9. Returns and Cancellations

A claim associated with a canceled, refunded, disputed, charged-back, or returned purchase is not eligible. Suavecito may reject the claim or cancel or deactivate any corresponding unredeemed code.

Product returns remain subject to the return policy of the seller from which the product was purchased.

10. Verification and Fraud

Suavecito and its Offer administrator reserve the right to verify the eligibility of each participant, purchase, proof-of-purchase document, coupon, and claim.

Any claim involving suspected fraud, document alteration, duplication, automated submissions, counterfeit products, unauthorized resale, false information, code generation, or interference with the Offer may be rejected. Suavecito may disqualify a participant and cancel associated codes when it reasonably determines that these Terms have been violated.

All decisions concerning eligibility and verification are final to the extent permitted by law.

11. Availability and Technical Issues

Codes are available only while promotional supplies last. Suavecito is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, illegible, or undeliverable submissions or communications, or for failures caused by internet service, email filtering, websites, devices, platforms, servers, or other technical systems outside its reasonable control.

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, supply interruption, or another circumstance outside Suavecito’s reasonable control affects the administration, security, or proper operation of the Offer, Suavecito may suspend, modify, or terminate the Offer as reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law. Any modification will not affect rights already acquired except where necessary or legally permitted.

12. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Offer will be used to administer the Offer, verify purchases, deliver codes, prevent fraud, provide customer support, and comply with applicable law. Information may be shared with Activision, Offer administrators, verification providers, and other service providers as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Suavecito’s Privacy Policy, available at https://suavecito.com/pages/privacy-policy, and, where applicable, Activision’s Privacy Policy.

13. Third-Party Terms

Use of an Activision account, Call of Duty® software, online services, gaming platforms, and Double XP rewards is subject to all applicable end-user license agreements, privacy policies, codes of conduct, and platform terms.

Amazon.com, participating retailers, participating barbershops, and gaming-platform operators are not responsible for administering or fulfilling this Offer unless expressly identified otherwise in official Offer materials.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suavecito, Activision, participating sellers, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Offer or the use or inability to use a code or Double XP reward.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and the Offer are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Orange County, California, except where applicable law permits or requires otherwise.

17. General Conditions

By participating, each customer acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Terms. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Suavecito’s failure to enforce a provision does not waive that provision.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and abbreviated advertising materials, these Terms control.
