Suavecita Lipsticks

There is no denying that the makeup industry has evolved over time. Makeup has become an innovative market, not only for makeup artists but for everyone. One of the things that has changed drastically are lipstick shades. Lipstick was always one of those things that was played safe by wearing red or pink tones. Suavecita Pomade wanted to incorporate those classic looks and also add some fun, poppy colors to break you out of your comfort zone.

With over a year of preparation, Suavecita designed a line of seven cruelty-free, vegan and matte shades that smell like cupcakes! As the cosmetic line is new, perfecting it was something that had a lot of thought and hard work put into. For starters, we wanted to create a product that had as many natural ingredients as possible. Some ingredients we used were Safflower Seed Oil, Aloe Vera Extract, Honeysuckle and Jojoba Seed Oil. Those extracts paired with high pigmentation and long-wearing properties have made an amazing product. Plus, it’s definitely a step in the right direction and worth supporting a product that has not been tested on animals.

Another great feature about the Suavecita Lipsticks is the packaging. Isn’t it so frustrating to have a lipstick get ruined in your makeup bag because the cap fell off? Well say no more! The packaging on the lipsticks has a push-button mechanism that only releases the cap from its base when you want it off! At the bottom of the lipstick tube where the ‘S’ is found, is the button. Push the button and the tube pops out of its cap! The tube is black, sleek, matte and has a crisp look to it.
